Walkfit™ Wednesday

Come and join us in class tonight for Walkfit™. It's an indoor walking class, we walk to music, we increase our step count and we smile all the way through it.


There are loads of benefits of indoor walking including;No matter what the weather we can still walk, you don't have to worry if it's cold and wet outside, we'll be warm and dry inside.Walking on indoor surfaces typically provides a softer and more even surface compared to outdoor terrain.


This reduces the impact on your joints, making it a gentler exercise option for those with joint concerns, arthritis, or other musculoskeletal issues. The controlled pace and surface help minimise the risk of injuries and promote joint health.
