Toe Taps / Heel Raises Exercise

I love this exercise and all the modifications you can do with it. Slow it down and you’ll feel it work the core.


Toe taps starts with both legs in table top position, slowly taps one foot on floor, moving from the hip. If this puts too much pressure on the spine then start with heel raises, lifiting one leg into table top, lowering and then swicthing sides.
