As we are now a couple of weeks into 2025, it’s the perfect time to pause and reflect. 🧘‍♀️


This time last year, how did you feel in your body, mind and soul? What’s changed for you since then? 💡 Maybe you’ve gained strength, found balance or embraced moments of calm you didn’t have before.


Pilates teaches us that every small movement can lead to big change — both on the mat and in life. 💪✨I know that in 2024 I learnt how much the breath can control how you feel and that you need to take time out to focus on your breath.
