This is a great exercise to help with posture. It helps strengthen the back extensors, glutes and is a very functional movement to balance up your posture. Try to keep control as you lift and lower. Notice if you have more control on one side more than the other.
4 point kneeling swimming, challenges balance and is good for bone loading. It can also be done from a prone position taking the pressure off the wrists and knees.
