Strong Core

💪 A strong core isn’t just about killer abs, it’s your body’s anchor for balance, stability, and injury prevention.! 🏋️‍♂️

Your core is more than just the front muscles; it’s the foundation for stability and strength in everything you do.  Whether you’re hitting the gym, playing sports, or just going about your day.

A strong core supports your posture, balance, and overall functionality. 💥

A solid core keeps your spine aligned, reducing strain on your back and helping you stand taller and more confidently.

A robust core provides a solid foundation, allowing you to maintain better balance, whether you're standing on one leg, navigating uneven surfaces, or participating in activities that demand stability.

A flexible core means better range of motion in your movements, making everyday activities easier and reducing the risk of muscle strains.

Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core muscles, we even work these muscles whilst we breathe. Pilates is a low impact form of exercise, it's suitable for all ages and abilities. You'll often find that doctors and physiotherapists recommend Pilates after recovering from injury or illness, but why wait until then?? Make your body stronger now, prevent those injuries and focus on your core in 2024.

My Pilates classes start again next week. All classes are mixed ability classes for men and women of all ages. Choose from a 6 week or 11 week term (£45 or £82.50 per person).
