Take the humble roll-up, for example. Slowly peeling your spine off the mat one vertebra at a time does wonders for your core and back strength. Rushing through it? Youāre likely just relying on momentum.
So next time youāre in class, slow down. Breathe deeply. Feel every part of the movement. Trust the process ā thatās where the magic (and strength!) happens. š
