Shoulder Bridge

I love this Shoulder Bridige exercise to get movement and strength through the spine. It also targets the quads, butt and core. Take this one slow, moving in time with your breath. Again think stability and control as you move through the exercise.

Try and keep the knees in line with the hips and feet flat on the floor. Push through the feet as you start to lift the spine. Don’t worry if you can’t lift the spine fully off the floor. Take it to your level, start with a pelvic tilt and build it up from there.
