Push Ups

From 4 point kneeling position take the body forward as you bend elbows behind, lowering body towards floor, to adapt rock the body forward and back.


As with all the Pilates exercises there is a level for everyone. This is a great exercise for bone loading and building up strength in the arms and core. For anyone who has issues with their wrists or knees, this exercise can also be done against a wall.
