Movement is key for healthy joints.

Staying active can help to reduce stiffness in your joints. You should move around often during the day and avoid staying in one position for too long.


Set yourself a target to move during the day. If you're sitting at a desk, take a walk around the office/garden for a few minutes every hour. If you're at home watching TV, walk around the house every time the adverts come on TV.


Adding in a little bit of movement during the day will really help your joints.
