Mobility #3

Hip Mobility


Today we are trying to get movement through the hips by doing the single leg hip circle. Try and keep the hips and pelvis level as you draw a circle with the knee. Gradually increasing the size of the circle as mobility increases. Don't forget to change direction and do both legs.
