You don’t need to be flexible to do Pilates, the exercises we do in class may help you become a little more flexible however, it’s more about moving your body the way it’s supposed to.
With Pilates we focus on movement, balance, coordination and control. Watch the video below to see some of the movements we do in class, each one can be modified to your ability.
