Lying on your back, feet flat on the floor, slowly slide your heel along the floor extending the leg whilst taking the opposite arm overhead, then return to start and change sides. To modify this only focus on the legs.
This is a great exercise not only to stretch out the body but if you concentrate on keeping the core engaged you’ll soon feel your abs working. ➡️ Try and move in time with your breath, keep the exercise slow and controlled.➡️ If your spine starts to arch away from the mat then stop extending the leg at this point. ➡️ Notice how your body feels as you move through the exercise.➡️ If you can fully extend the leg try flexing the foot, feel the hamstrings switch on.
