Day 8 - Joints in June

Good morning everyone and welcome to Day 8 of Joints in June


Today's exercise is the 'Knee Bend'. To complete the exercise, stand with your back against a wall, knees hip-width apart, feet slightly pointing outwards. Slowly bend your knees, sliding your back down the wall. Remember not to let your knees go past your toes. Tense the muscles around the knees as you push back up. 💪
