Day 3 - Joints in June

Good morning everyone! How are you feeling today? I'm glad you've joined me for our daily 'Joints in June' exercise.

Today, let's focus on the 'Isometric Chest Press': Arms at chest level, press the palms of your hands together as hard as you can. Hold for 5 seconds, then rest for the same amount of time. Do 5 repetitions. This exercise not only works the arms and shoulders but also engages the core. Gradually increase to holding for 10 -15 seconds. See you all t
