Another great way to stay active is by taking the stairs whenever possible. Whether you're at the airport or train station, opting for the stairs can get your legs moving after a long journey. Not only does it help you stay active, but it also improves cardiovascular health, strengthens muscles, and burns calories. So next time you have the choice, take the stairs and feel the benefits!
