It's Day 29 of Joints in June, and we're focusing on 'Knee Drops' - to do this exercise, lie with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Let one knee drop towards the floor, then bring it back up while keeping the hips level. Repeat on the other side.
The benefits of this exercise include getting some external rotation through the hips and working on core stability. Can you do 10 on each side?
