Day 28 - Mobile in May

Good morning everyone! How are you all feeling today?


Let's kickstart the day with a nice little exercise called 'The Shoulder Pass Through'. Hold onto a mop or towel, hands wide apart. Raise the arms as high as you can, try to take them overhead and behind, and then bring them back to the start.


This exercise helps to increase joint mobility while engaging the surrounding muscles of the shoulder. Only take this exercise as far as it feels comfortable for you. It's a great one to monitor an increase in shoulder mobility.
