Today is Day 28 of Joints in June, and our exercise is the Tricep Stretch. To carry out the exercise, bend your arm and try to get your elbow towards the ceiling. Use your other hand to guide your elbow towards your head, feeling the stretch through the back of your bent arm. Hold for 15-30 seconds and repeat 2-4 times on each arm.
Focusing on this stretch can really improve the range of movement in your upper body, particularly around the shoulder and elbow joints.
