Good morning everyone! How was your weekend? I hope it was fun-filled and that you still managed to join me for Mobile in May! As we enter the final week of Mobile in May, I hope you have all been enjoying it and feeling the benefits.
Today, we will be completing the Arm raise with side stretches exercise. Don't forget to add in a pull on the wrist as you stretch to the side. This exercise can be done standing or seated and is great for improving mobility through the shoulders, especially if you've been at your desk all day.
