Good morning, everyone! ☀️ Welcome to Day 23 of Summer Sessions!


Do you sometimes struggle to fit in your exercise routines during the Summer months? Whether it's the heat or having kids at home, finding time for your usual 1-hour walk or Pilates session can be challenging. But don't worry, today we're focusing on completing shorter sessions! Consider going for a quick walk or trying a 15-minute express Pilates session - some movement is always better than none.
