Today, we will be completing the 'Isometric Shoulder Extension' exercise. Here's how to do it: Stand with your back against a wall and your arms at your sides. Push your arms back toward the wall, hold for 5 seconds, then rest. Repeat 10 times.
This exercise helps you feel your shoulders working and improves your posture. Isometric exercises like this one are excellent for building strength and muscles around the joints.
