Good Morning everyone, how are you all feeling today?
It's Day 21 of Joints in June, and we'll be focusing on 'Side Lying Leg Lifts' today.
To do this exercise, lie on your side, balance on the hip with the waist lifted, and slowly lift the top leg to around hip height before lowering. Aim for 2 sets of 10 on each side.
The benefits of this exercise include strengthening the hip abductors, improving hip stability, and enhancing overall lower body strength.
