Day 14 - Joints in June

🌞 Good Morning! 🌼 How are you feeling today? Are you ready for Day 14 of Joints in June? Today, we will be doing the 'Wrist Flex' exercise! 💪🏼


Sit at a table or desk, let your hand hang over the edge, and use your other hand to slowly move the hand up and down as far as possible.


This exercise can help with aching wrists and keep them flexible. You can increase the intensity by holding a bottle of water or a tin in the hand. Aim for 20 repetitions on each hand!
