Day 10 - Joints in June

🌞 Good morning everyone! 🌟 It's the start of a new week and Day 10 of Joints In June! Thank you all for joining in! Today's exercise is 'Elbow Stretches' 💪🏼


To complete this exercise, extend your arm parallel to the floor with your palm facing up. Use your opposite hand to grab hold of your fingers and pull the palm towards the floor. Repeat with palm facing down and don't forget to change sides. This stretch can help with elbow and wrist pain! Hold for 30 seconds and try it with the palm facing down. Keep those arms long!
