]f a 4-point kneeling position isn't for you, lie flat on the floor 🛌.
If lifting both arm and leg feels overwhelming, start with just moving the arms 🙋 or just moving the legs 🦵. There's a lot going on with this exercise, so take your time ⏳ — you'll soon build the coordination and strength to extend further.
