Breathing is core work, too!


🌬️ Did you know? Your diaphragm, a key breathing muscle, is part of your core. Deep, controlled breathing improves oxygen flow and strengthens these muscles.


Try this: Place your hands on your ribs, inhale deeply through your nose, and feel your ribs expand. Exhale slowly. You should feel your fingers move away from each other as you inhale and come closer together as you exhale.
