The Roll Down is a great way to wake up your spine, stretch tight muscles and improve mobility š šŖ. But not everyone canāor shouldāgo all the way down straight away! Whether you're easing into movement in the morning or managing tightness, listen to your body šš§ .
Keep the movement smaller if needed š£, bend your knees or keep the spine long and walk your hands down your thighs š. The goal isnāt to touch the floorāitās to move with control and awareness š. Over time, as your flexibility and strength improve, youāll notice how much smoother and deeper your roll down becomes! šāØ
