Adapting the Roll Down šŸ”„šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø

Movement should feel good for your body, not forced 🚫.

The Roll Down is a great way to wake up your spine, stretch tight muscles and improve mobility šŸŒ…šŸ’Ŗ. But not everyone can—or should—go all the way down straight away! Whether you're easing into movement in the morning or managing tightness, listen to your body šŸ‘‚šŸ§ .

Keep the movement smaller if needed šŸ‘£, bend your knees or keep the spine long and walk your hands down your thighs šŸ™Œ. The goal isn’t to touch the floor—it’s to move with control and awareness šŸŒ€. Over time, as your flexibility and strength improve, you’ll notice how much smoother and deeper your roll down becomes! šŸ“ˆāœØ

Pilates is about progression, not perfection šŸŽÆ. Adjust each movement to suit how your body feels today, and trust that with consistency, you'll continue to grow 🌿🧔
